We build equipment that outlives trends.
Rèforme was founded by Pilates practitioners, not traders. We run studios, we teach on this equipment, and we know what holds up under daily professional use.

Why Rèforme exists
Most cities in India have never had access to honest guidance on Pilates equipment. A studio owner opening their first space is usually choosing between a distributor who has never taught a class and an import listing with no specifications attached. Neither can tell you whether a machine will survive eight hours a day, or how many reformers actually fit your floor.
That gap is the reason we started. We are practitioners first, which means the advice comes from teaching on this equipment rather than from a price list. When a client asks whether they need a Cadillac or whether a reformer with a half tower will do, we answer based on the repertoire they intend to teach and the space they have — not on which line carries the better margin.
Our goal is larger than selling machines. It is to raise the standard of Pilates practice across India, including in the Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities that have been ignored entirely. No upselling, no traps.
Who you’ll be dealing with
Rèforme is small and deliberately so. You speak to the people who choose the equipment, not to a sales desk.
Yashik Chugh — Founder
[CONFIRM] Add Yashik’s background in two or three sentences: how long he has practised or taught Pilates, any certification body and year, studios run or advised, and what he was doing before Rèforme. This is the single most persuasive paragraph on the page for a buyer spending several lakh rupees — it should be specific and verifiable.
[CONFIRM] If any team member holds a recognised Pilates teaching certification, name the body and the year here. If nobody does, delete this paragraph rather than implying it.
Where our equipment comes from
We are straightforward about this, because you will ask and you deserve a real answer. Rèforme equipment is manufactured to our specification by production partners in China, and imported, inspected and supported by us in India.
That is how most Pilates equipment reaches the market, including equipment sold by well-known international brands at several times our price. The country a frame is welded in is not what separates good equipment from bad. What separates them is who specified the build, who checked it before it shipped, and who is reachable when a spring fails fourteen months later.
Our role sits in all three. We select the range as practitioners who teach on this equipment, not as traders reading a catalogue. We specify frame material, spring calibration, carriage system and upholstery rather than accepting a factory’s standard build. [CONFIRM: describe what is actually checked on arrival — frame integrity, spring tension, carriage travel, upholstery finish. Be specific; this paragraph is doing real work.]
The alternative most buyers consider is ordering direct from a factory listing. It is cheaper on paper. What it does not include is anyone who has taught a class advising you on what to buy, anyone inspecting the unit before it reaches you, anyone assembling and calibrating it in your studio, and anyone answerable afterwards. That gap is the business we are in.
What happens after you order
Our relationship with a studio begins at purchase and does not end there.
- 01Delivery. Pan-India, coordinated to your opening date. [CONFIRM typical lead time from order to delivery.]
- 02Assembly and calibration. Our technicians assemble every piece on site and calibrate spring tension and carriage travel before handover.
- 03Staff orientation. Your instructors are walked through safe operation, spring management and daily maintenance.
- 04Servicing and spares. [CONFIRM warranty duration, what it covers, spare parts availability and whether an AMC is offered. Procurement buyers ask this first — leaving it vague costs enquiries.]
What we stand for
Precision over speed
We take the time to build things correctly. Lead times exist because quality cannot be rushed. Every spring is calibrated and every carriage tested before a machine leaves the workshop.
Honesty in advice
We will not recommend equipment that does not suit your studio. Our consultants are here to give you the right answer, not the most profitable one.
Service beyond the sale
Servicing, training, spare parts and technical support are part of what we offer. A studio running eight hours a day needs someone to call.
Studios we’ve equipped
[CONFIRM] Replace this with two or three real installations — a photograph, the studio name and city, how many machines, and which models. Get written permission from each client first. For a buyer comparing suppliers, one photograph of a real fitted studio does more than any paragraph on this page.

Let’s build your studio together.
